◆ How will you do if there are some lashes arrived in bad contidion?

We always ask our clients to do reinspect on arrival, then find the damaged products immediately, then we will remake those and ship to your with our next order or refund that money to you .

◆ Do you accept customize lash?

About customization, we can custom your own brand lash package,   like lash base card, outer box; but do not customize your own lash style, or lash length we hardly use, as make new lash need to creat a new mould first , then need a long time to modify it , cost a lot , so we usually suggest your our available and mature lash items.

◆ What's monthly output ?

Regarding these handmade eyelash products, daily output of one labor about 200 box, 20 labors make 4000 pcs eyelash, so monthly 88000 trays.

If you are in urgent need of the order, pls communicate with us in advance, we will negotiate with other clients to prioritize your order , but normally we arrange order according to payment time and customization informations.

◆ If we need arrange inspection, how would it be done?

According to international practice, we should inspect the goods before shipping, and importer in charge of inspection fee if you arrange a third party to inspect at our factory.
