Flat eyelashes are not made by flattening round hairs, but by making them into a flat U-shaped cross section directly from the first step, and then processing them into individual eyelashes, 

PBT raw material are heated to 230–260℃ and melted into a liquid.

The liquid is then poured into molds of different shapes, round mould shape for classic round lash , flat shape mould used for flat ellipse lash .
