This is classic eyelash mould we used, one size with one mould, workers put material on to it first

Make material tidy and distribute equally, then stick it with brown color tape

 

 

We get this semi-finished lash, then cut extra part

 

 

Put semi-finished lash strip onto a special paper, then roll it on different size tube, under high temperature, you will get different curls.

 

 

Finally, stick each finished eyelash strip on your label card, cut extra hairs, confirm no extra messy hairs

 

 

After quality test, then put size sticker on box, you got your finished eyelash tray.
