▲Q: how long does a full set take?
A: This definitely varies for each lash tech and for each client, the more lashes = the more to lash
the more experienced lash tech = the quicker they get
we need to have a chat beforehand to see what clients wants, but please don't rush your lash tech as this can be really off putting and we want to do the best job possible.
▲Q:Can i wear makeup to my appointment?
A:In short , no, not just mascara but foundation, concealer and moisturiser can have an effect, mascara for obvious reasons but foundation,moisturiser can cause under eye pads to not stick/move during treatment.
we need to ask all clients to come makeup free so please don't waste the treatment time.
▲Q:When do my lashes need an infill?
A:Some may know this, others may not, if you would like to keep up with your lash extensions, its' important to get an infill every 2-3 weeks.
you may not think they need it, but however, it isn't a case of just filling in gaps, but also removing outgrow lashes.
due to the natural lash cycle, the set can loose their perfect look, therefore the need of infills, this saves full set and saving your time and money.
▲Q:How to maximise my lash retention?
A:There are 5 tips for all of you:
1. wash your lashes, this may seem like it doesn't help ,but it frees lashes from unnecessary debris and stops them sticking together.
2. avoid picking or pulling them. we know this is hard for some people, but pls try not do that if you want to keep your lash extensions with perfect look .
3. brush daily, keep these looking fresh and full.
4.avoid oils or heavy makeup around the eye area
5.avoid steam or crying, although this can be hard.
