how to apply magnetic lashes

May 15, 2026

First, let's clarify the differences of different type magnetic lash, soft and hard magnets:
▲Soft Magnetic Eyelashes: These have soft magnetic sheets and a longer shape that conforms to the curve of the eyelid. They are super comfortable to wear, don't press on the eyelids, and are the first choice for everyday wear with minimal or no makeup. They offer a natural fit, but need apply mascara first before wear false eyelash , as its magnets not very strong.

▲Hard Magnetic Eyelashes: These have harder magnetic sheets and a stronger magnetic attraction. They are less likely to fall off and offer better support. They are suitable for those with heavy makeup, deep-set eyes, or eyelids that tend to absorb lashes. The only slight drawback is that they are slightly less soft and adhere better than the soft magnetic ones.

Actually , the application methods are almost same , they are all sandwich type lash , upper lash and bottom lash together , let's learn together

1.Keep your eye area dry and oil-free; avoid applying too much eye cream or oily eye makeup products.

You can curl your own eyelashes first for a better fit. Prepare a small mirror and eyelash extension tool (essential for beginners).

2. Choose the right size: False eyelashes should be ≤ the length of your own eye. If too long, trim them. Leave a 2mm gap at the inner corner of your eye.

3.Test placement: First, place them on your natural eyelashes to compare and make sure they fit snugly at the base of your natural eyelashes without pressing on your eyelid.

4. Separate upper and lower lashes: Each box contains upper and lower lashes, with a thin magnetic strip at the base.

upper lash with the magnetic strip facing down, lower lash with the magnetic strip facing up; align the upper lash with the lower lash, gently pinch, and the magnet will automatically sandwich your natural lashes, done now .

5. Pls note:

when separate up and down eyelash, or remove it from eyelid, pls gently slide it off , don't pull it forcefully.

If the ends are curled up: Trim the ends or apply a small amount of mascara lightly (don't use too much).
