How do i reply when client say my price high

Here i would like to share some thing about how do i communicate with my clients  during our daily business , here we go:

The  main topic is about a very very common questions, when my client tell me your price is too high , what do i usually react.

▲i think every business owner or every sales have been often asked this questions, so the first part is to understand what does it mean of my clients' expensive, what's the gap , samll or big , because i think expensive has a very large meaning ;

▲then confirm are we talking about the same product? same specifications?  i will review with my client in details about what we are talking , comparing , it must be based on the same thing, we cannot go in a diverse direction , that makes no any sense if that.

▲we all know when a buyer looking for a new supplier , that means they are tring to find a way to resolve their current situation, they have problem with their current factory, so they need an alternative ; i will ask my client some questions first , why do you want my price , what do you expect from ourside, maybe more good quality of lash , delivery on time, good follow up services,  to find the main  pain point problem , then we will focus out of the only pricing issues, but we focus on the expectaions the clients want on us.

▲If we go like this , i think almost clients will place order with you if they are realy want to place order, not just enquiring price .

Refer to our product, eyelash extensions, as an experienced eyelash factory , we all know there are many different raw materials , regular pbt, pet, imported pbt, silk, mink , faux mink , faux silk , you think the price goes same? of course not , you will get what you paid for ,  all materials have their own pros and corns, no absolute good or bad, they are best items if they suit your market, satify your clients, that's good option for you .

For example : 

cashmere pbt fiber VS regular pbt fiber 

Cashmere pbt eyelash : more soft, more matte, tiny dimensional error, but their price a little higher ; if you use it for creating volume lash set, pinching volume fans, 0.03mm, 0.05mm, 0.07mm are the best choice ; if do classic set , spike, 0.10mm and 0.15mm 0.20mm good choice.

Regular pbt fiber : material with a little shiny effect , softness a little lacking if compare same thickness with cashmere , but their price is very nice , more cheaper ; if you are beginner, choose this is nice . if you focus on matte color , then choose cashmere, if you focus on price , choose regular pbt.

we usually send both samples to our new client, they will do comparation themself, all these two sell very well .
