Why Same Factory & Same Hair Material, But Different Quality on Different Platforms?
Today , one client reached out us and said the same cashmere matte lash extensions they ordered from another platform not good quality, but it looks same , same material , same package., lash curl not consistent ,actually ,many customers compare our lashes with similar items they bought, and think our quality is not good.
We have supplied many orders, and almost no customers report the quality issues they mentioned. Even if the lashes are made in the same factory and use the same type of hair material, products sold on different platforms can have very different quality. This is common in the lash supply chain.
Lots of people believe: same factory + same raw hair = same quality. This is NOT true. Lash quality depends on order standards, price level, production process and quality checking rules.
1. Price level decides product grade
Some platform is for retail, for C end-users, they focuses on low price and large sales volume. To keep low prices, factories separate goods into different grades. High-price orders get Grade A perfect lashes. Low-price bulk orders get Grade B normal goods, or items with tiny flaws. Same eyelash material, but low-price orders allow minor problems like messy hair, uneven length and inconsistent curl.
2. Different production standards for different orders
Our orders follow strict production rules. We require neat hair tips, even glue roots, stable curl and full lash volume. For low-price orders on some platform, factories cut some production steps to save time and labor cost. Less combing and simpler shaping will make lashes look rough, that's why they can deal at a low price , after all supplier need make money , but the buyers usually accept this tiny issues, that won't affect application.
3. Different quality inspection rules
Factories check goods based on buyer requirements. For our orders: almost are cutomized order for lash salon, artists, makeup artists, they need high quality , so we do full inspection. Any flawed lashes will be removed before shipping. That's why we rarely get quality complaints. For low-price bulk orders: only random check. Small defects are accepted and shipped out directly.
4. Raw material batch difference
Even the same type of lash material has small differences between different batches. Softness, shine and texture change from batch to batch. some clients do not care about color, glossy , matte, matte-grey, not a problem, so we can give their a cheaper price .

The poor quality you saw from other platform items comes from low-price supply chain limits, simplified work steps and loose quality checks. We keep strict standards on craft, raw material and inspection. We never cut corners for lower prices. We only provide well-made, comfortable lashes for you.
