How Do We Solve After-sales Problems

From raw material selection to finished product packaging, we strictly control every quality step to ensure that every item leaving the warehouse is qualified. Long-distance express delivery involves complex environments, and it is difficult to  completely avoid all accidents , such as bumps and crushes . If you find any defects or damage upon signing for the product, please do not worry. We will actively assume after-sales responsibility and cooperate to verify and properly handle the issue as soon as possible.

Last week, we got a feedbacks from one of out client, the lash extension trays she received with some scratches on the box lid, some small , some badly, we handled this like below, check our communication records:

1. Firstly, we asked our client to check how many pcs and send us some more photos to apply compensations ; we did not notice this problems when we do inspection , maybe becase of box lid  reflection , you can not see it , but we did not avoid it .

2. We arrange 10 extra boxes eyelash for our clients when we do new order .

3. Once new order finished production, we pay more attention to this scratches problem, so we really find , the box lid with a little tiny scratching , you can not see it if not carefully ; we notify our client this problem timely , and arrange workers to fix with the new box lid .

4. All fixed , we send photos to client and ship out .
